On balance both the Keeper and DivaCup are great choices for women - but which one to choose?

  • In general I would usually recommend The Keeper simply because it has been around longer, is a natural product, and is biodegradable.
  • However, if you have any concerns about latex sensitivities try the DivaCup.
  • Some women on chat sites have reported the Diva being a bit less flexible feeling than the Keeper, however in a side by side comparison I do not see a real difference.
  • If you are in Canada the DivaCup is the choice for you, as the Keeper has not applied for Health Canada acceptance.
  • I wouldn't let the price difference play a part in your decision - you will be using either cup for a long time so $3 will not be a big deal.
  • The difference in trial periods as well should not be a deciding factor - you will know in one or two perids whether it will work for you. We only get 2% to 3% returns on cups.
Internet Special!!! - Many women want to try a washable menstrual pad, so order a Keeper or Diva and you can receive a washable Many Moons Mini Pad for just $4 (a $9.95 value)! The pads are available in pastel or wild fabrics. Offer good for ALL North American AND overseas orders!
