Return Policy

Our customer service policy is simple - try what you order, if you do not like it for any reason, return it for a refund, less the shipping and handling charges. This refund policy applies to all our products. (The only exception is organic flannel - we can only take it back for a refund as long as it is not cut or soiled.)

We give you your money back -we do not simply offer credits against other products.

(By the way some people ask what we do with our returned product - it is all destroyed. We get very few returns, so this does not result in much wasted product.)

The refund will take the form in which you paid - if you paid by check you will get a check refund, if you paid by credit card you will get a credit card refund.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Our Policy towards your personal information

We do not sell or give your name or email address to anybody, nor do we send email ads to our customers.

We do not use third party credit card processing - we process all credit card transactions ourselves through two of the largest banks in North America.

Our Internet Policy

We respect our customers time, and try to minimize needless content on the WEB site. We also try to use small files sizes for pictures to minimize downloading time.

We respect that you have come to our site for information about our products and issues around the products. To minimize distractions we do not use linked banners to other sites.
