Information for Overseas Customers

Can I order from outside the USA or Canada?

Many Moons has had customers in a huge number of countries and I do my best to make sure that women with an interest in alternatives can get the products they want. I have sent Many Moons pads and the Keeper to: the UK, Ireland, Scotland, almost all the European Union countries, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malasia, Africa, Mexico, Panama, Chile, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland and the Antarctic!

How do I pay you?

You can purchase from me using a Visa or Mastercard credit card and submit this via my secure order form or via fax (to fax you will have to check your local phone company's dialing instructions to Canada - usually you need to use a country code to get the routing right). Using a credit card is the cheapest, fastest and easiest way to make your purchase.

You can also send me a postal money order or bank draft to my mailing address (see any of my order forms). I cannot take personal checks from overseas as it costs me about $8 to deposit one. Generally a letter will only take 1 week to10 days to get to me from other countries, so this doesn't delay things too much.

What prices do I use when calculating the cost of my order?

Prices for all overseas countries are all the same as US dollar prices on my site - so simply use US dollars when calculating your cost of product. If you are getting a money order or bank draft get one denominated in US dollars. If you use a credit card I will charge your card for your order in my currency, and this will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company and show up on your monthly credit card statement.

Is there anything you cannot sell to overseas customers?

Unfortuately there are a couple of items that cannot be sent overseas. I cannot send buckwheat pillows overseas because of there weight and the high cost of shipping them. I also cannot send the ceramic soaking pot overseas as they have arrived broken the times I have tried to. Everything else can be sent.

How long will my order take to arrive?

That depends on two things - what you order, and how you want it shipped, as outlined below:

The Keeper Menstrual Cap - I always send the Keeper by airmail - it will take 1 to 2 weeks (but can take up to 3 weeks) to arrive from the time I get your order.

Washable Cloth Pads - Orders for pads go by airmail service. Surface mail can take up to 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Airmail usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks.
