Note: A lot of people have been writing asking for medical advice. Unfortunately we have no training or expertise to offer, just our general interest in the subject area. If you need medical advice I would suggest you talk to your doctor, and also look at some of the natural and holistic therapies. Check out local alternative therapists, some health stores carry herbal remedies and women's book stores have menstrual related materials, and consider using a more body friendly menstrual product like washable pads or unbleached pads. Under Wraps - The BEST film ever on Menstruation - The all-woman Starry Night Productions from Vancouver spent more than a year interviewing people involved professionally with menstruation to make the hour program Under Wraps.
